Capture and share high level objectives for your product, process, or team by using this roadmap. Annual objectives are broken down into smaller bite size themes for you and/or your team to tackle each month. This template is a simplified version of the UX Roadmap from Nielson Norman Group.

Workshop Templates

Here are a few of my templates that can be used for UX as well as other areas of your company or business

Impact VS Effort Workshop

Generate ideas and prioritize based on the impact versus effort in this template. Round up your favorite UXers, Designers, Analysts, Developers, Engineers and more to identify opportunities for your products. You’ll be guided through brainstorming, voting on ideas, and plotting them on a graph to identify easy wins for your company or business.

Brainwriting Workshop

Once you have a problem statement, use this template to expand your idea set by getting a wide variety of input. Participants will write out ideas, read each others, then continue brainstorming related ideas or expanded ideas.

Tip: This makes for a great team building exercise, just change the problem statement to, “Where should we have our next happy hour??”
